Shortbus

Shortbus is a poignant comedy-drama that explores the interconnected lives of six New Yorkers as they navigate their way through love, relationships, and sexuality. Sofia, a sex therapist who has never experienced orgasm, is at the center of the story as she struggles to repair her own marriage while helping her patients work through their intimacy issues. Her path crosses with James and Jamie, a gay couple who are looking to add a third member to their relationship, and Ceth, a young ex-model with aspirations of becoming a singer. As they all comingle at Shortbus, an underground Brooklyn salon where anything goes, they embark on an emotional rollercoaster ride filled with laughter, tears, and self-discovery.
