Ready

Ready is a 2008 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Srinu Vaitla. The film stars Ram, Genelia D'Souza, and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. The story follows Chandu (Ram), a young man who tries to help his friend's girlfriend escape an arranged marriage, but ends up kidnapping the wrong bride, Pooja (Genelia D'Souza). On the run, Chandu and Pooja fall in love, but they must convince their families to accept their relationship. Along the way, Chandu must also transform his warring uncles, Peddinaidu (Nassar) and Chittinaidu (Naresh), who are trying to force Pooja into marriage with their respective sons.
