Ravenous

Ravenous is a horror-comedy western film set during the Mexican-American War. The story follows Captain John Boyd, who is banished to a remote military outpost after being accused of cowardice. He joins a group of misfits at the fort, including a drug-addicted private, a drunken major, and a Native American scout. When a frostbitten stranger named Colqhoun arrives with a tale of cannibalism and murder, the group sets out on a rescue mission that turns deadly. The film explores themes of survival, betrayal, and the Wendigo myth, a Native American legend about humans consuming human flesh and becoming cursed with an insatiable hunger for more.
