Maniac

Maniac is a horror-thriller movie that tells the story of Frank Zito, a young man who inherits his family's mannequin restoration business after his mother's death. However, Frank has a dark secret - he is a schizophrenic serial killer who murders and scalps women, attaching their hair to his mannequins to recreate a happy childhood memory. When he meets a photographer named Anna, he falls in love and tries to control his violent urges with medication. But as their relationship develops, Frank's killing spree continues, and he eventually targets Anna's mentor Rita. The movie takes a disturbing look at Frank's mental illness and the brutal murders he commits, raising questions about the nature of violence and obsession.
