Dutch

Dutch is a comedy film that follows the story of a man named Dutch Dooley, who volunteers to pick up his girlfriend's son, Doyle Standish, from his exclusive prep school in Georgia. However, Dutch quickly learns that Doyle is not the nicest kid, as he throws a book at Dutch's face, hits him with a golf club, kicks him, and shoots him in the groin with a BB gun. Despite this, Dutch is determined to get to know Doyle better and make a good impression on him, and the two embark on an eventful road trip back to Chicago for the Thanksgiving holidays. Along the way, they encounter several mishaps, including an impromptu fireworks show, a run-in with two prostitutes, and a dangerous encounter with security guards. As they spend more time together, Doyle begins to reveal his softer side, and the two eventually form a strong bond. The film stars Ed O'Neill as Dutch Dooley and Ethan Embry as Doyle Standish.
