Path to War

Acting is mixed (sorry, but Baldwin is always Baldwin, no matter if he plays Jack Ryan or Robert McNamara), character's motives are sometimes unclear, BUT I think the movie shows how dependent decision makers are on their advisers. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in this case because LBJ was a much more driving force in escalating the Vietnam War than the LBJ in this movie. But in general terms I think the movie is quite right.
