In a world where ancient mechanical weapons known as Drag-Rides have been excavated from ruins, a former prince named Lux Arcadia accidentally trespasses into a female dormitory's bathing area and sees the new princess Lisesharte naked. Incurring her wrath, Lisesharte challenges Lux to a Drag-Ride duel. Lux, who used to be called the strongest Drag-Knight, is now known as the "undefeated weakest" as he refuses to attack in battle. After his duel with Lisesharte, Lux ends up attending a female-only academy that trains royals to be Drag-Knights, starting his journey to become a true hero.
