In a secret society within the prestigious Mochizuki General Hospital, a group of skilled nurses and high school students, known as Black Label, take on a unique mission. They target and eliminate individuals deemed harmful to society, excised like cancer before their wickedness can spread. Under the leadership of the hospital's chairman, this group of mercenary assassins fights to protect the innocent and bring justice to the streets. But as they delve deeper into the shadows of society, the lines between good and evil begin to blur. Will their quest for justice lead them down a dangerous path of no return?
