Liza Luna, an emissary from the galaxy-ruling Azatos Empire, lands on Earth with a mission to destroy it. Initially, she sees the human civilization as inferior and considers her task a breeze. However, things take a turn when she stumbles upon a cat café, and its adorable feline residents capture her heart. Liza's resolve to destroy Earth begins to waver as she finds herself torn between her duty and her newfound love for kitty cats. Will the fate of humanity be decided by a cat's whisker?
