In a post-apocalyptic Japan, 10 independent nations have emerged from the ashes of the Great Tokyo War. Each nation is controlled by a powerful prophet known as a "Mosa" and their army, the "Mob." Nozomi, Yukina, Ai, and Chiaya are four ordinary girls from the Saitama clan who have been tasked by their Mosa to travel across Japan on their motorcycles, mediating territorial disputes between nations and clans. As they navigate the dangerous landscape, they become embroiled in conspiracies and conflicts that threaten the very existence of their world. Will they be able to save the day and restore peace to their beloved country?
