In the notorious Joseon prison, Jeonokseo, a young girl named Ok-nyeo is born. As she matures, Ok-nyeo becomes determined to protect the weak and oppressed, and embarks on a journey to establish a human rights institution in Joseon. Along the way, she meets the enigmatic Yun Tae-won, who becomes her mentor and ally in her quest for justice. With courage and conviction, Ok-nyeo overcomes obstacles and adversity, inspiring hope and change in a society governed by strict social hierarchies.
