The Enfield Haunting

In the small town of Enfield, a series of bizarre and terrifying events took place in an ordinary house in the autumn of 1977. A single mother, Peggy Hodgson, and her four children, including 11-year-old Janet, reported strange occurrences such as moving furniture, unexplained noises, and objects being thrown around the house. The local police were called, and soon, the case became known as the Enfield Poltergeist. Two investigators, Guy Lyon Playfair and Maurice Grosse, were brought in to investigate, and what they found was beyond anything they had ever seen before. The events that unfolded would become the most well-documented poltergeist case in British history, and a chilling reminder that some things are beyond explanation.
