In a dystopian Tokyo,s acceptable Ward Akatsuki has been Officially Ordained a No-Go-Zone after a devastating rebellion. Now the once-peaceful streets are ruled by Scards, invincible agents with Divine Tattoos that grant them unique powers. Three organizations - Helios, Artemis, and the Public Security Directorate - employ these Scards to maintain order, each with their own definition of justice. But as tensions rise and loyalties are tested, will the Scards be able to uphold their own values while defending their clients? Or will the battle for power and control consume everything in its wake?
