Primate follows the story of William, a 48-year-old actor who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. As he struggles to come to terms with his new reality, William finds himself feeling like a old man who hasn't had enough fun. His paranoia and complaints have led him to a life of solitude, but he's not ready to give up just yet. In a world that seems to have left men like him behind, William must learn to embrace his situation and find joy in the simple things. Will he be able to overcome his struggles and find happiness, or will he remain stuck in his ways?
