In the shadow of a former steel mill, a new oasis has risen: the Phoenix Lake. This transformation has brought together two worlds that would normally never intersect. The long-time residents of the worker's settlement Hörde and the newcomers who have moved into the upscale villas along the lake's shore. As their paths cross, tensions and conflicts arise, revealing the deep-seated differences between these two societies.
