Perfect World follows the story of Tsugumi, a young woman working in interior design, who reconnects with her first love Itsuki, a charming architect who is now confined to a wheelchair due to an accident. Despite her initial reservations, Tsugumi is drawn to Itsuki's fighting spirit and determination to live life to the fullest. As they navigate their complicated feelings for each other, they must also confront the challenges of society's expectations and their own personal fears.
