In the quiet town of Ezcaray, a bizarre murder sets off a chain of events that brings together two vastly different law enforcement officers, Olmos and Robles. Olmos is a laid-back, eccentric corporal of the Civil local Guard,s Public Order and Prevention service, while Robles is a prestigious, urban lieutenant of the Rapid Reaction Group. Forced to collaborate, they must put aside their differences and use their unique skills to solve an international case that has landed on their doorstep. As they work together, they unexpectedly form a formidable team, taking on not only the case at hand but also a variety of other curious local cases, from a dead body in a wine barrel to a mysterious missing nun.
