Mother

"Mother" is a heart-wrenching drama that follows the story of Nao Suzuhara, a school teacher who takes in a student who is being physically abused by her mother. As Nao becomes more attached to the girl, she discovers her own maternal instincts and decides to take her on a journey to protect her from harm. Along the way, they experience various events that bring them closer together, but also put them in danger. Will Nao be able to protect the girl and herself from the harsh realities of the world?
