In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, four couples navigate the ups and downs of love, sex, and connection during a time of social distancing. James and Sade struggle to balance their new roles as parents while questioning whether they're truly compatible. Best friends Oscar and Elle's platonic relationship becomes increasingly complicated as they grow closer. Paul and Sarah are forced to quarantine together after months of separation, and their daughter Sophie's return home from college only adds to the tension. Meanwhile, Nanda is determined to celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary with her husband Charles, who's stuck in a rehab facility. As they all try to find love and connection in a world that's physically apart, they must confront their own insecurities, desires, and aspirations.
