In the shadow of the Soviet Union's reign, a battle for power and control rages on in the city of Odessa. Marshal Zhukov, a high-ranking military official, appoints David Gottsman, a determined and resourceful detective, to head a special operation to clean up the city's criminal underworld. As Gottsman and his team dive deep into the case, they uncover a web of corruption and deception that threatens to consume the city.
