In a world where humans and beasts collide, a young student named Yuya Nomoto finds himself caught up in a dark underground world of brutal battles between hybrid creatures. After witnessing a mysterious girl named Hitomi transform into a beast and fight a monstrous lion, Yuya is forced to drive her to an arena where she bets on herself to win in a death match against a half-lion hybrid. As he becomes embroiled in this dangerous world, Yuya discovers that Hitomi is a Therianthrope - a genetically engineered fighter created for the underground death matches known as Killing Bites. With her fierce strength and determination, Hitomi is a force to be reckoned with, and Yuya must decide whether to join her in the battles to come.
