In the small town of Jericho, Kansas, a mushroom cloud appears on the horizon, signaling a possible nuclear attack. The townspeople are left in the dark and struggle to find answers and solutions for survival. As they try to cope with the aftermath, they realize that they may be the only Americans left alive. With no communication or support from the outside world, they must rely on each other to face the challenges ahead. The series follows an ensemble cast of characters as they navigate this new reality and try to uncover the truth behind the attack.
