Hsueh Hai (Show Luo) es un chico rico, infantil e inocente que nunca había experimentado los sentimientos de la amistad y el amor, ya que tiene una sobre protectora hermana mayor que alejaba a todos a su alrededor por miedo a que se aprovecharan de él. Hsueh Hai decide irse a estudiar a una universidad lejana a casa, usando el nombre falso Lin Da Lang. Allí conoce a muchas personas, sobre todo a Chen Bao Chu (Rainie Yang) que tiene una personalidad fuerte y muchos problemas. Se hacen amigos y al tiempo se enamoran profundamente, pero luego de que muchos malentendidos ocurrirán y ellos se verán forzados a terminar. Dos años después Hsueh Hai se convierte en un guapo y adinerado empresario, que compra una famosa estación de radio, y al enterarse que Chen Bao Chu trabaja allí, decide aprovechar la oportunidad para vengarse por haberlo "dejado", haciendo lo mismo que ella hizo con él. ¿Pero qué pasará cuando los sentimientos de venganza de Hsueh Hai cambien por amor?¿Qué pasará cuando Chen Bao Chu descubra que Lin Da Lang en realidad es ahora su jefe Hsueh Hai ?
