Welcome to the Billy Barnes Extended Care Unit, where the staff is as dysfunctional as the hospital itself. Meet Dr. Jenna James, the uptight and self-centered director of medicine, who is more interested in her research studies than than the well-being of her patients. Then there's Dawn Forchette, the head nurse who's struggling to keep her personal life together while juggling her demanding job. Didi Ortley is the empathetic nurse who always puts her patients first, but her kindness often puts her at odds with her colleagues. Finally, there's Patsy De La Serda, the supervising nurse who's still trying to figure out how to navigate the complex world of the hospital. In this chaotic environment, the staff must find a way to work together to provide the best care for their patients while dealing with their own personal dramas.
