In the midst of gentrification, three Mexican-American cousins in Los Angeles are fighting to save their grandfather's taco shop - and their own dreams. As they strive to keep their family's business alive, they must confront the challenges of cultural identity, community displacement, and the American Dream. Will they be able to preserve their heritage and achieve their goals, or will the gentrification of their neighborhood tear everything apart?
