In the small town of Norrbacka, a gruesome murder sets off a chain of events that puts two mismatched detectives to the test. Sophie Borg, a brilliant but unorthodox Swedish detective, and Tom Brown, a by-the-book British detective, must work together to solve the case despite their cultural and personal differences. As they dig deeper into the mystery, they uncover a web of secrets and lies that threaten to tear their partnership apart.
