Rusted Development

"Rusted Development" follows the journey of two car experts, Chuck Palumbo and Rick Dore, as they hunt down and restore classic cars from extreme car hoards. With the goal of bringing these forgotten vehicles back to life, they offer car hoarders a unique deal: they'll tow away their rusting fleet, sell what they can, and use the money to restore one car to its former glory. It's a win-win situation, as the car hoarders get a chance to rediscover their lost treasures, while the classic cars are given a new lease on life.
