Devil Beside You

Devil Beside You is a 2005 Taiwanese drama that tells the story of Qi Yue, a high school student who mistakenly confesses her feelings to the wrong person, Jiang Meng, aka Ah Mon, who is known as the school's troublemaker. To stop him from spreading her love letter, she agrees to be his gofer, but their relationship evolves as they spend more time together. Qi Yue's life becomes more complicated when her mother announces her engagement to Ah Mon's father, making them future step-siblings. The series explores themes of love, family, and friendship as Qi Yue navigates her complicated relationships and realizes that the person she likes is actually Ah Mon.
