In the underwater kingdom of Atlantica, a young mermaid named Dyesebel discovers she is the daughter of a human and a merman, and is shunned by both worlds. She embarks on a journey to trace her origins and find her place in the world, encountering both danger and romance along the way. With the help of her friend Fredo, she must navigate the challenges of being a hybrid creature and confront the prejudices of those who fear what they don't understand.
