In a world where vampires and humans coexist, a brilliant surgeon named Park Ji-sang must navigate his double life as a vampire while trying to save the lives of his terminally ill patients. As he struggles to control his thirst for blood, he finds himself falling for his colleague, Yoo Ri-ta, who is unaware of his true nature. But their blossoming romance is threatened by the sinister Lee Jae-wook, who seeks to exploit Ji-sang's vampire abilities for his own gain. With the fate of humanity at stake, Ji-sang must make a choice between fulfilling his duty as a doctor and giving in to his vampire instincts. Will he be able to find a cure for his condition and save the people he loves, or will he succumb to the darkness within him?
