In the gritty underworld of Southeast Asia's seas, a young Japanese businessman named Rokuro Okajima is abducted by a group of pirate mercenaries known as the Lagoon Company. After his former employer betrays him, Rock joins the crew and rediscovers his life as a modern-day pirate. With their base in the lawless town of Roanapur, the team takes on dangerous missions that involve violent gunfights and confrontations with various criminal organizations. Despite the danger and chaos, Rock remains optimistic and uses his skills to help the team navigate their illegal activities.
