Big Shot

After losing his job as a men's college basketball coach due to an anger management issue, Marvyn Korn takes on a new challenge as the coach of an elite private high school girls' basketball team. Initially, he sees the job as a temporary stepping stone to get back to college basketball, but he soon realizes that his new players are more than just pawns in his game plan. They are complex young women who need guidance, support, and mentorship. As Marvyn develops real connections with his players and learns to be more empathetic and vulnerable, he begins to transform into the man he always wanted to be...and the father he never had. Meanwhile, his players learn to take themselves seriously and strive for excellence both on and off the court. Can Marvyn lead his team to victory while also learning how to be a better parent?
