In a gritty, alternate New York City, crime and corruption run rampant. Amidst the chaos, an underground economy of illegal nightclubs thrives, fueled by drugs and violence. Detective Santiago is tasked with taking down these clubs, but he soon discovers that the real power lies not with the law, but with the numerous government agencies and crime organizations circling the city, each vying for control. As he delves deeper into the depths of corruption, Santiago must confront his own demons and make a choice: protect the city or protect himself.
