In the aftermath of Japan's devastating Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, a young woman named Toko Ikuta finds herself at a crossroads in her life. Raised by her uncle in a small town, Toko had big dreams of becoming an actress, but the disaster has left her questioning her future. As she volunteers in the tsunami-stricken city of Kesennuma, Toko meets a university student named Kiyotaka Shimizu, who is part of a student volunteer group. As they work together to help the community recover, Toko and Kiyotaka develop feelings for each other. But as they face the challenges of rebuilding their lives and their community, they must also confront their own hopes, fears, and dreams. Will they find a way to overcome the obstacles and make their dreams a reality?
