Evil's Wave

In the city of Kawasaki, a string of murders takes place, leaving women hanged and lifeless. The police investigation hits a dead end, with no leads or motives in sight. But Detective Iguchi suspects a man named Naoya Nogi, who's been living a double life. As the dragnet tightens, Nogi involves his neighbor Yoshika in his escape, but the more he runs, the more he uncovers a sinister truth.
