In a distant future, humanity has conquered space and formed a galactic government to maintain peace and order. However, an evil confederation led by the ambitious General The Pest threatens the stability of the universe. A team of powerful peacekeepers, including Colonel Pierre, President Pierrette, and their son Pierrot, join forces with a young psychic named Psi and a wise robot named Metro to defend the galaxy and promote tolerance, ecology, and cooperation. With their spacecraft, dragonflies, and other advanced technologies, they embark on a series of interstellar adventures to save worlds from destruction and encounter strange new civilizations. But as they face off against General The Pest's army of robots and weaponry, they must also confront their own differences and learn to work together as a team.
