Wrong Turn: The Reboot In the heart of Appalachia, a group of friends embarks on a hike through the scenic mountains, but their adventure takes a deadly turn when they stumble upon a mysterious community known as The Foundation. This hidden society has lived in the mountains for generations, isolating themselves from the rest of the world and protecting their way of life at all costs. As the group encounters hostility from the locals and strange occurrences in the woods, they begin to realize that they are not welcome. Their situation becomes dire when they encounter traps and are captured by The Foundation's members, who are determined to keep their community hidden from outsiders. The friends are taken to a primitive settlement deep in the forest, where they are put on trial for their lives. Adam, one of the group members, is sentenced to death for murdering one of The Foundation's members, while the others are sentenced to "darkness" for perjury in court. As tensions rise and survival becomes uncertain, Jen, the main character, must make a difficult decision to save her friends and escape The Foundation's brutal justice. But as she tries to manipulate Venable, The Foundation's leader, and his fellow members for mercy, she realizes that their society is not just isolated - it's also deeply troubled. Will Jen be able to outsmart them and escape alive? Or will she become their next victim?
