The prisoners, including politicians, military personnel, and resistants, were transported to the Alps, where they were held captive. However, instead of meekly accepting their fate, the prisoners hatched a clever plan to turn the tables on their captors. With the help of the Wehrmacht, they managed to gain the upper hand, and their story, previously unknown in France, is now being told.
