In a dystopian future, a prison escapee (Rutger Hauer) and his unlikely partner (Mimi Rogers) must navigate a dangerous game of survival when they discover they are electronically connected by a deadly collar that will explode if they separated by more than 100 yards. With their lives at stake and a fortune in diamonds on the line, they must work together to outsmart their pursuers and uncover the truth behind their predicament. But as they race against time, the line between survival and betrayal becomes increasingly blurred.
