War

"War" is a gripping drama that follows the story of Ivan, a former conscript who is taken captive by Chechen warlord Aslan Gugayev during the Second Chechen War. Along with other prisoners, including British actor John Boyle and his fiancée Margaret Michaelsen, Ivan is forced to serve as a domestic slave and communications specialist for Aslan's militants. When John is released to raise a ransom for Margaret's release, Ivan joins him on a dangerous mission to rescue her and escape Chechnya. As they face numerous obstacles and encounter fierce resistance from the militants, Ivan and John must rely on each other to survive and complete their mission.
