Wander

Wander is a crime thriller movie that follows the story of Arthur Bretnik (played by Aaron Eckhart), a mentally unstable private investigator who investigates a suspicious death in the small town of Wander, New Mexico at the request of one of podcast's listeners named Elena Guzman. As Bretnik delves deeper into the case, he suspects that the death may be connected to the same "conspiracy cover-up" that caused the death of his own daughter years prior. The investigation becomes personal for Bretnik as he uncovers a sinister plot involving microchips being used to control immigrants, minorities, and the lower class. The movie takes a dark and intense turn as Bretnik's sanity is questioned and the truth behind the conspiracy is revealed. The film also stars Katheryn Winnick as Elsa Viceroy, Heather Graham as Shelly Luscomb, Tommy Lee Jones as Jimmy Cleats, and Raymond Cruz as Sheriff Luis Santiago.
