Valentine's Day, 1988. San Francisco. A group of popular girls mercilessly tease and reject an unpopular boy at their junior high school dance. But the boy, Jeremy Melton, has a secret admirer in Dorothy, who agrees to dance with him. Little do they know that their rejection will come back to haunt them thirteen years later on Valentine's Day 2001 when a masked killer begins targeting them one by one.
