In this quirky comedy, a job-hopping dreamer is put in charge of a struggling UHF television station. With the help of his misfit friends, he creates a lineup of bizarre programs that unexpectedly propel the station to success. But the station's future is threatened when the rival VHF station tries to sabotage them. Will their zany antics be enough to save the station and outsmart their competitors? Tune in to find out!
