"Typhoon Noruda" is a sci-fi animation film set in a remote island in Japan. A group of students and their teacher are trapped in their school due to an approaching storm. Amidst their personal struggles and conflicts, they encounter a mysterious girl named Noruda who seems to be connected to the storm. The protagonist Azuma is determined to help her, but her secrets may be more dangerous than the storm itself. As the typhoon intensifies, the students must work together to survive and uncover the truth about Noruda.
