Tru Confessions

Tru Confessions is a heartwarming coming-of-age story about Trudy "Tru" Walker, a teenager who dreams of having her own TV show. Tru's life is complicated by her mentally impaired twin brother, Eddie, and her strained relationship with her mother, Judy. Despite the challenges she faces, Tru remains determined to follow her dreams and submit a documentary about her brother to a video contest. Along the way, she discovers the true meaning of family and learns to appreciate the positive impact that Eddie has had on her life. With the help of her online friend, Deedee, Tru finds the courage to be herself and stand up to the bullies who torment Eddie. Ultimately, Tru's documentary wins the contest, and she learns the value of perseverance and the importance of family.
