When Phyllis Nefler, a wealthy Beverly Hills socialite and mother, takes over her daughter's struggling girl scout troop, she has no idea what she's in for. Despite her glamorous lifestyle, Phyllis is determined to help the girls learn valuable life skills and become a positive influence in their lives. However, Velda Plendor, a ruthless and traditional scout leader, sees Phyllis' unorthodox methods as a threat and sets out to sabotage the troop. Through various challenges and adventures, Phyllis and the girls learn to work together and prove themselves to Velda and the rest of the scouting community.
