Tholi Prema is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Aditya, a successful but impulsive young man, and Varsha, a reserved and innocent girl who capture Aditya's heart. Despite their differences, the two fall deeply in love, but their relationship is put to the test when Aditya's impulsive nature causes them to break up. Six years later, fate brings them together again in London, where they both work for the same company. As they reconnect, they must confront their past and the reasons that drove them apart in order to find their way back to each other.
