The Three Musketeers

In 17th century France, a young and ambitious countryman named d'Artagnan sets out to become a King's Musketeer in Paris. Along the way, he offends Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, three of the king's musketeers, and is challenged to a duel. However, the duel is interrupted by the arrival of the Cardinal Richelieu's men, who are trying to disband the musketeers. d'Artagnan joins forces with the musketeers to protect the king and queen from the cardinal's schemes. He also becomes embroiled in a romantic affair with Constance Bonacieux, the queen's dressmaker. As they fight against the cardinal's men, d'Artagnan and his new friends must retrieve a stolen necklace that could compromise the queen's reputation, all while avoiding the dangerous Milady de Winter who works for the cardinal. With action, adventure and comedy, "The Three Musketeers" is a classic tale of friendship, loyalty and daring-do.
