In the criminal underworld, a powerful triad's leader, Jing Hing, must choose a successor to run the daily operations of the five gangs under his control. Two lifelong members, Chuck and Wulf, both have their sights set on the seat, but their methods are as ruthless as their ambition. As the battle for power intensifies, the two men will stop at nothing to achieve their goals, even if it means destroying each other.
