The Last Starfighter is a science fiction adventure film that follows the journey of Alex Rogan, a teenager who masters a popular arcade game called Starfighter. Unbeknownst to him, the game is actually a recruitment tool for an intergalactic war between the Rylan Star League and the Ko-Dan Empire. Abducted by an alien named Centauri, Alex is taken to another planet where he learns about the real-life conflict and is recruited to join the Starfighters and defend the universe against evil invaders.
